Three core principles i use in delivering service are:

1. Inspiring the People is the priority

I believe the people who benefit, are impacted by and are delivering the project are the most critical variable in delivering outstanding projects. How I plan and lead the project for you will reflect this principle.

2. Communication must be consistent and inclusive

Project Managers can slip into the routine of completing and sending status reports, only to wait for feedback. I have found that more proactive communication management will help us deliver exceptional projects together.

3. Awareness of what is going on "around your project"

Project Managers can become myopically focused on their project plan. While important, this is not enough. Projects exist within a broader context, from which pieces will impact the quality of your project delivery. Often, the context was not taken into account in the planning. While we deliver together, I will consistently scan and consider the broader context surrounding our project, leveraging my Executive Leadership experience.
